Marketplace policy

Refund policy

Kal-Shop does not currently accept new paid marketplace transactions. This policy explains the present pre-launch state and the rules that must be published before payments open.

1. Current transaction status

Paid checkout is unavailable, and the free-product acquisition flow remains behind a release gate. Kal-Shop therefore does not currently create new chargeable marketplace orders through the public website.

2. Existing records

If an authorized account already has a completed order or entitlement recorded by the platform, access is governed by that order's stored licence and entitlement state. Contact the verified project-owner support channel if the record appears incorrect.

3. Free products

A zero-dollar acquisition does not create a payment refund. Access may still be withdrawn where required by the accepted licence, a security issue, fraud, a legal obligation, or a product takedown. The immutable order receipt preserves the rights accepted at acquisition time.

4. Before paid checkout opens

Kal-Shop will publish the refund eligibility window, digital-delivery exceptions, defective-file process, dispute channel, processing times, payment-provider behavior, and applicable legal terms before accepting a paid order. The policy will not be changed retroactively to reduce rights already recorded with an order.

5. No off-platform promises

Messages, mockups, or third-party statements cannot create a Kal-Shop refund or payment obligation. Only a completed order issued by the production platform and its applicable published policy can do so.
