Agreement and eligibility
By accessing Kal-Shop or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your location and provide accurate account information. If you do not agree, do not use an authenticated Kal-Shop feature.
Current service scope
Kal-Shop provides a public catalogue of reviewed game-development listings. Its authentication interface supports first-party password, Google, and Discord account methods when each method is explicitly configured; unavailable methods remain visibly closed. Authorized sellers can stage private ZIP files and submit drafts, but a separate authorized reviewer must approve the licence, run the trusted scan, and publish. The private Library can display an existing completed, non-refunded order only while its licence entitlement remains active. Checkout, public uploads, new paid orders, and new licence issuance remain disabled.
A listing or interface preview is not a promise that a product can currently be purchased or delivered. Material changes to transaction features will be reflected in these Terms and any applicable purchase or refund policy before those features are released.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for protecting your Kal-Shop password and any Google or Discord account used to sign in, and for activity performed through your Kal-Shop session. Do not reuse or share credentials or sessions, impersonate another person, bypass access controls, or attempt to obtain another user's account, listing, or private file data. Notify the current developer support contact if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Kal-Shop for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Do not upload or distribute malware, stolen code, infringing content, or material you are not authorized to provide.
- Do not probe, disrupt, overload, scrape abusively, or bypass platform security and rate controls.
- Do not misrepresent product capabilities, ownership, compatibility, support, or licensing terms.
Content and intellectual property
Kal-Shop and BUG Studios retain their rights in the platform, branding, interfaces, and original materials. Creators retain ownership of their eligible content and must hold the rights needed to publish and license it. Viewing a public listing does not transfer ownership or grant a licence to its files.
Product-specific licences, permitted uses, redistribution limits, source-code availability, support, and update rights must be stated on the applicable product page before transactions are enabled.
Moderation and account action
Kal-Shop may remove content, restrict features, suspend sessions, or disable accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or address security and integrity risks. Administrative and financial actions will require auditable server-side controls before those workflows are released.
Availability and changes
Kal-Shop may change, pause, or discontinue features as the marketplace develops. Reasonable efforts are made to keep published information accurate and the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Material updates to these Terms will be published with a revised effective date.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the current service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that are not expressly stated. Kal-Shop does not guarantee third-party listing accuracy, future availability, compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Use the Contact page for currently available support paths. The present Refund Policy records that paid transactions are not enabled. Additional business, governing-law, payment, refund, and dispute terms will be published before paid marketplace transactions are released.
